Refund and Returns Policy

1. Made-to-Order Products – No Change-of-Mind Returns

All Cheese On Toast garments are printed to order — each one is made especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or offer refunds if:

  • You ordered the wrong size or colour
  • You changed your mind after purchase
  • You were expecting a different fit or appearance

Under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), personalised or made-to-order items are exempt from the right to cancel. Please double-check our size guide and product details before placing your order.

2. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the fault and full item

Once approved, we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

3. What Qualifies as a Fault?

Please note:

  • Minor shifts in print placement (up to 2.5 cm) are within industry tolerance
  • Slight colour variations from digital previews are normal
  • Garment sizing may vary slightly between batches

Only issues outside of these tolerances will be treated as faults.

4. Delivery Problems

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 28 days of dispatch so we can investigate and arrange a replacement if needed.

5. Refund Process

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please do not return items unless instructed.

6. Your Rights

This policy does not affect your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
